My stay at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa was a mix of great hospitality and a few letdowns. The warmth of the staff, especially Sue Chau at Keno, made me feel right at home, reminiscent of classic Reno. However, I did encounter some issues with room cleanliness and amenities that fell short of my expectations.
